From £499 half day / £799 full day

 

Every conference is different, so your quote will be based on the timings, location, size of the event, number of spaces being covered and how quickly the images are needed.


Half-day, full-day and multi-day coverage is available, with bespoke pricing for larger conferences, multiple photographers, evening events and international commissions.


Your quote will clearly outline the agreed coverage, editing, image delivery and usage before the event.

What does conference photography include?

Conference photography can include keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, delegate networking, exhibition areas, sponsor branding, audience reactions, awards presentations, venue details and behind-the-scenes moments.


Coverage can be tailored around your schedule, priorities and how the images will be used.

How much does conference photography cost?

Conference photography starts from £499 for a half-day and £799 for a full-day.


The final cost will depend on the timing, location, event size, number of spaces to be covered, turnaround requirements, and whether additional photographers are needed.

Where do you provide conference photography?

I’m based in Hertfordshire and regularly photograph conferences across London and throughout the UK.


International conference photography is also available.

Can you cover a multi-day conference?

Yes. Multi-day conference coverage can be arranged, including evening events, networking receptions, awards and separate breakout sessions.


A consistent approach can be agreed beforehand so the full event feels visually cohesive.

Can you cover several rooms at the same time?

Yes. Depending on the schedule, I can either move between rooms or arrange additional photographers where simultaneous coverage is required.


This will be discussed during the planning stage so nothing important is missed.

Can you provide images during the event?

Yes. A selected number of edited images can be supplied during the event for social media, PR or internal communications.


Same-day delivery and live editing can be included within your quote where required.

How quickly will we receive the full gallery?

Standard turnaround is usually within a few working days, although this will be confirmed before the event.


Faster delivery is available for time-sensitive campaigns, media coverage and social content.

Can you work from our event schedule or shot list?

Yes. I can work from your running order, speaker schedule, shot list or event brief.


I’ll also use my own judgement throughout the day to capture important moments, reactions and details that may not appear on the schedule.

Can you photograph speakers without distracting them?

Yes. I work discreetly and use suitable equipment and positioning to avoid interrupting presentations or drawing unnecessary attention.


I’m experienced in photographing speakers, panels and live discussions in quiet conference environments.

Do you photograph delegates networking?

Yes. Networking photography is an important part of conference coverage.


I focus on natural conversations, audience engagement and genuine interactions rather than asking everyone to pose repeatedly.

Do you photograph exhibition stands and sponsors?

Yes. I can photograph exhibition spaces, sponsors, branded installations, product displays and delegate interactions.


Any priority sponsors or specific branding requirements can be included within the brief.

Are the photographs licensed for business use?

Your quote will clearly explain the agreed usage.


Conference photography will normally include use by the commissioning organisation across websites, social media, PR, internal communications and marketing materials. Wider advertising or third-party use can be discussed before the event.
