Hi, I’m Lee Charlton, a multi-award-winning Hertfordshire photographer specialising in events and conferences, headshots and personal branding, property photography, and travel and tourism content.
I’ve spent more than 16 years working professionally as a photographer, including nine years travelling the world as Global Photography Manager for TUI. My clients and employers have also included the RHS, BBC, M&S and businesses of every size across the UK.
Whether I’m covering a conference, creating marketing content, photographing a property or documenting a destination, my approach is always the same: understand the brief, put people at ease and create photography that delivers results.

What types of photography do you offer?
I specialise in events and conferences, headshots and personal branding, property and interior photography, travel and tourism photography, and drone photography for businesses, brands and organisations across the UK.
Where are you based?
I’m based in Hertfordshire and regularly work throughout London, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and the wider UK. Travel further afield and international assignments are also welcome.
How quickly will I receive my photos?
Turnaround depends on the shoot. Event highlights and property photography can often be delivered within 24-72 hours, while larger commercial projects are usually delivered within 5-10 working days.
Faster delivery is available when needed.
Do you help people who don’t like being photographed?
Absolutely. Most people I photograph aren’t professional models. Whether it’s a headshot session, personal branding shoot or event photography, I’ll guide you through the process and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Are you insured and licensed for drone photography?
Yes. I carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance and am a qualified drone operator able to provide aerial photography and video where conditions and regulations allow.
How much does photography cost?
Headshot sessions start from £149, half-day event and commercial photography starts from £499, and property packages start from £249. Larger projects are quoted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the brief, location and usage.
