Property photography starts from £249, which includes professional interior and exterior photography, drone photography where appropriate and permitted, a floor plan, and a short property video.


Larger properties, luxury homes, commercial premises and development projects may incur additional costs depending on the size of the property and the services required. Volume discounts may also be available for estate agents, developers and businesses with ongoing requirements.

How should I prepare my property before the shoot?

A clean, tidy and well-presented property will always photograph better. I recommend decluttering surfaces, making beds, opening blinds and curtains, removing personal items where appropriate and ensuring all rooms are ready before the shoot begins. A little preparation can make a huge difference to the final images.

How long does a property photography session take?

Most property photography sessions take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the services required. Larger homes, commercial properties and projects involving drone photography, video or floor plans may require additional time.

Do you offer drone photography?

Yes. I offer professional drone photography for residential properties, commercial buildings, development sites and estates throughout Hertfordshire, London and the surrounding areas. Drone imagery can help showcase a property’s setting, plot size, gardens and surrounding landscape in a way that ground-level photography cannot.
