What’s the best outfit for headshots?
Simple, solid colours work best – avoid busy patterns or anything overly trendy. You want your face and expression to stand out, not your clothes. I can send over a quick guide before your shoot.
How long does a shoot take?
For individual headshots, around 10-20 minutes per person is usually enough. Group or team sessions can be planned around your schedule, with minimal disruption.
Can you match our existing headshot style?
Yes – if you already have a look or format, I’m happy to replicate it. Or I can help you refresh your brand’s visual identity with a clean, modern style.
Do you edit the images?
Absolutely. All final images are professionally edited and include skin retouching. Your shots will look clean, natural, and polished, but still looking like you.
How quickly will we get the photos?
Turnaround is usually within 3 working days. If you need them urgently, faster delivery options are available.
Where do you shoot?
I shoot on location across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire – at your office, outdoors, or at a location that fits your brand vibe.
Do you use natural light or flash?
Both – it depends on the location, light, and the look you’re going for. I have mobile flash units that I can bring to any shoot, so there’s no need for a studio. If natural light works best, I’ll use it. If it needs a bit of help, I’ve got the gear to make it look clean, consistent and professional – wherever we’re shooting.
