How much does event and conference photography cost?

My half-day rate starts from £499 and full-day coverage starts from £799. Every event is different, so please get in touch for a tailored quote.

Do you photograph conferences and events outside the UK?

Yes. Alongside regular work across Hertfordshire, London and the UK, I have photographed conferences, corporate events and business gatherings internationally, including projects in Germany and Spain. Please get in touch to discuss overseas event coverage.

What types of events do you photograph?

I photograph conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, awards ceremonies, product launches, corporate hospitality and company celebrations.

How many photos will we receive?

This depends on the size and duration of the event, but you’ll receive a carefully edited collection that captures all key moments, speakers, attendees and branding.

How quickly will we receive the images?

Standard turnaround is typically within a few days, with faster turnaround options available if required.

Can you provide images during the event?

In some cases, yes. Selected images can be supplied during or shortly after an event for social media, PR and marketing use. As this requires shooting and editing simultaneously, it isn’t suitable for every event and may incur an additional fee depending on the level of coverage required.

Are you insured?

Yes. I hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Do you photograph events in London?

Absolutely. London is one of the areas I work in most frequently, alongside Hertfordshire and the wider UK.

Do you offer drone photography?

Yes, where venue restrictions and regulations allow, drone photography can be incorporated into event coverage.

How do I book?

Yes. I regularly photograph conferences, exhibitions and corporate events that take place over multiple days, ensuring consistent coverage of speakers, delegates, networking sessions, exhibitions and key moments throughout the event.
