In my role as Photography & DAM Manager at the Royal Horticultural Society, I manage the organisation’s photography library and the way assets are structured, controlled and distributed through Bynder.


I was interviewed by Bynder about how I’ve developed the RHS setup to make photography easier to find, manage and share across press, marketing, gardens, events and external partners, while maintaining clear usage controls and asset governance.


That work contributed to the RHS being named winner of Bynder’s 2026 Game Changing Campaign of the Year Award, recognising how digital asset management is being used to support the organisation at scale.

About Lee Charlton

 

I’m a professional photographer with more than 16 years' experience across corporate photography, events, travel and tourism, property and interiors, portraits and commercial content.


I spent nine years working at TUI, ultimately becoming Global Photography Manager, before joining the Royal Horticultural Society, where I have worked for four years in photography and digital asset management.


Today, through Lee Charlton Photography, I work with businesses, organisations and private clients across Hertfordshire, London, the Midlands and throughout the UK.
