It’s natural, documentary-style imagery that shows real people interacting with your business – whether that’s your team working, customers using your space, or your service in action. It’s less staged, more story.

Do we need to prepare or plan a shot list?

Not necessarily, but it does help. I’m happy to guide the session and suggest ideas on the day. But if you have a campaign, message or brand story in mind, I’ll help you plan how to capture it visually.

Where do these shoots take place?

Anywhere that reflects your business – your workplace, a shop, a studio, an event space, or even out and about. I travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, London and beyond.

Can you work with brand guidelines?

Absolutely. If you have visual branding, colours or tone-of-voice guidelines, I’ll make sure the images align, so everything feels cohesive.

Do you use natural light or bring your own lighting?

I do both. I often work with available light for a relaxed, lifestyle feel – but I also carry mobile flash units if we need extra polish or consistency. No studio needed.

How long until we get the final images?

Turnaround is usually 1-2 weeks, but I offer 48-hour and 24-hour delivery options if you’re working to a tight deadline.
